I have severe manic depression and it's ruining relationships/friendships, how can I fix this?

I'm almost eighteen and never had a boyfriend. I've never been 'seeing' anyone longer than a month without them choosing another girl and recently I had been seeing someone for three months until they broke it to me a few hours ago that they didn't want to lead me on and that they didn't want a relationship. My manic depression gives me insane mood swings and crazy thoughts/antics which people don't seem to understand. My close friends say there is nothing wrong with me and that if they can't take me as being odd and messed up then they don't deserve me but it's too cliched and I can't believe it. Having such severe depression and BPD makes my loneliness worse, my heart is constantly in my stomach and I have that painful emptiness. I try and think positively yet it never works. I can't afford to see a shrink at $300 a pop for the best and even when I did they weren't much help. Any advice, anything, please. I can't live like this.

the only thing i heard that i thought was neat about quitting smoking is if you consistently keep a daily journal you are much, much, much more likely to succeed when you try to quit smoking. A horrible thing happened to me in year nine that changed my life forever. Negatively but positively too. It was to do with school and these four people I thought i could trust pretty much tortured me and played mind games, ruined me psychologically. I think now because of them I have social anxiety. What do I need to do to lose weight?

I am overweight have always been and I'm sick of it! I have been exercising for 1 1/2 to 2 hours every day and try to eat small portions and healthy food. Hi, sorry but I would think twice about getting the cat. ANimals are animals. You can not watch them every minute and some one could get hurt (or worse). I had 3 house cats and took in a female German Shepherd puppy 6 months old a few years back. They all got along great, even slept together. Then one day the dog began circling wildly near my kitchen window, and whining.. all excited. Suddenly and so quickly I could not stop her even though I was right there , she ran and grabbed a cat who was sleeping on a kitchen chair, in her mouth and began shaking him violently. When I tried to pull the cat out of her mouth, she would NOT let go. I had to work hard to pry her jaws open, she was determined to kill the cat. Finally I got him loose, he ran limping, hid under the sofa and would u believe the dog STILL was determined to get him even though I was yelling No at her she actually was moving the sofa to try to get to that cat. I ran and got her leash and clamped it to her collar and tied her to a large chair. I shoved the cat in a carrier, locked the other 2 cats in another room and drove to the emergency vet. The cat had a broken collar bone and had to be caged for 6 weeks for it to heal $$$$$$ at the vets, I felt terrible asked the vet what the H--- made the dog do that.. he said apparently from my story the dog spotted anothr animal out the window and went into kill mode and displaced that on the cat. He reminded me they are animals and do not think like we do. I was sure he was right as I had smelled a skunk right around that window the night before and that day. I re-homed the dog with a nice friend who had always loved her and was happy to take her. This friend could not have a cat,she was highly allergic to cats but not to dogs. A purebred Sheperd dog, already spayed, was much easier to place than 3 older cats. So back to your situation, just remember it could be disaster. I don't know the origins of the story, but I have just watched it on TV and I agree with you. There are many funny parts and at first I thought it was just a comedy, but later into the film, especially when Max dies I was very moved. Well my parents are Catholic. I rarely, well lets say never go to church. I never read the bible, rarely think of God. Okay so my parents just got back from Iceland and brought back some interesting food. So I decided to try some while they were at work today. Crazy Sheep and weird reactions too...?

I use to live on a farm and we had about 30 sheep there was this one sheep that I use to feed black licorice and when I did she would go crazy! I may be wrong, but being a landscape architect seems like it would be more of an inside job. If you only care about the surface and beauty, being a landscape architect is probably better for you. However if you love nature and want to make actually make a difference, I would say be an Environmental Scientist. Why do people put so much emphasis on IQ and intellect?

It annoys me so much there are so many different types of intelligence e.g. Creative, Emotional, and social. but people seem to think that a high IQ is the end all. I have a average IQ, yet i have grade 8 Piano, Grade 6 theory working for 8, and am good at composing, therefore I have a high creative intelligence, but no one seems to appreciate these skills in the same way as a high IQ, I mean is it really that great if you can solve a complex math formula, i cant but what I can do is write a chromatic fugue, write a concerto etc. My view is that music touches the the soul in a way that intellect can't and for that reason i wouldn't change myself in the slightest. A famous scientist when asked what would he show an alien race, he answered the complete works of Bach, Einstein himself said that creativity is more important than knowledge. But why are you using face primer w.out any foundation?? trust me, tinted moisturizer and foundation are 2 very different things. I would probably skip the face primer, cuz it makes your skin look older quicker, and use the tinted moisturizer, and then a matching face powder. You definitely dont want to be the girl that wears all the makeup starting freshman year, but your routine sounds fine to me. Just dont overdo anything, and you should be fine.

I don't really go to amusement parks or resorts but if my sons come home to visit we do make S'Mores and have them around the campfire just as we did when they were home and younger. I also like ice cream sandwiches occasionally in the summer, and make fresh popcorn at home. I throw a little Parmesan cheese on it sometimes. Or, I've made maple popcorn from fresh maple syrup.I am always open to some good chocolate.And if my sons come home I'll buy some licorice for them, but I never buy red licorice as I don't like red dyes.

I was on Yaz too, and it was also affecting me more negatively than positively. I had also stopped mid-pack. Safe to say, what is happening to you, happened to me too. I was off of birth control for about 5 months or more. It started getting more regular. Just give it time. I am no on LoEstrin 24, which has the lowest amount of hormones and I LOVE IT. You should go to your Gynecologist and ask them about it. It seems to work well. I don't get cramps anymore and my period is regular. PLUS, i only have it for 4 days at most. But if you skip a pill or take it late by accident, you will bleed immediately. GOOD LUCK!
