What do I need to do to lose weight?

I am overweight have always been and I'm sick of it! I have been exercising for 1 1/2 to 2 hours every day and try to eat small portions and healthy food. I'm not into dieting and I am trying to make changes I can live with. I eat lots of fruit and as many veggies as I can handle and stay away from greasy/fried/fatty foods. I have to have something I actually enjoy for a little snack so thats usually low fat yogurt, baked chips, salsa w/chips, a bit of licorice, etc. As of this week I'm staying away from bread, pasta, and potatoes as much as possible and I drink a ton of water. I HAVE NOT LOST ANYTHING!!!! What's wrong!?
