What can I expect from breast reduction surgery.?

I am 15 years old and I am looking into breast reduction. I weigh 128pounds and my breast size is 32GG and would like to know how far I can downsize and what to expect before, during, and after the surgery as well as how it might affect my life negatively and positively. I know that there are many risks involved and that it is discouraged for a girl my age to go through such a major surgery. But my size is emotionally and physically hurting me and restricting me from doing alot of the things that I used to do. Please, if you have anyinformation can you pleas give it to me.
