Can I send sweets to china?
My daughter is staying in China as volunteer. She is teaching English at a school in Shenyang. We would like to send her some Dutch sweets (chocolate and liquorice). Our local post office is not sure if Chines customs allow this kind of gifts???????
Question about licorice vs. anise?
I am trying to get some real licorice and I bought the panda brand, but it says both licorice extract and anise seed on the ingredient list. Do you think this is real licorice? Is there any brand you know of that does not have anise? Thanks.
How much will the career of a scientist change?
I'm 15 and I want to go into the science career field. I know that the work they do changes constantly but I'm talking about the career itself. Will the purpose of a scientist ever change will they find new places to work, will they ever stop wearing lab coats, will they ever cease to exists(etc.), will the basics ever change cause I don't want it to, I don't like change I can stand a little change but I don't want the entire game to switch on me if you can understand what I am saying. Science is the career field I love. I know science itself and the problems will change but will the purpose and the principle of science change I know we will get more tech and stuff as time goes on but will the purpose change? I can't think of a better way to ask this question so please try to understand
Scientists in California?
I have a few scientific questions and would like to talk to a physical scientist. I am working on a project and it would be nice to be able to e-mail someone a few questions I have.
Is it just those born 2,000 years later who contend there was no such person as Jesus Christ, Son of God?
Richard Oh So Wrong - Nice comeback ... not. Good job at misreading something written in plain English. Makes me wonder whether you can actually read your Bible. Still, being able to read was never a prerequisite for believing in Christianity, was it? Maybe that's why no one ever wrote anything against it. They were all illiterate. Another part of the church's evil plan.
Might this be too much for a 13 years old, 8th grade of middle school?
That sounds fine...just make sure that you blend in everything nicely, and that your face is not a complete different color than the rest of your body! (had a friend do that once, not pretty!) Also, make sure you pick a color for your foundation, etc. that will match your skin tone well and also not look cakey. As for mascara, make sure its not clumpy and stickyyy! Other than that, if I were a sub I would think you were just another student!(: Hope this helped!(:
