I don't respect my mom, aunts, or my exes. Will I ever have a loving relationship?

That depends on you. You should know that your childhood does effect how you act, but if you understand the problem then you should be able to work past this. Medical school is very demanding and so I wouldn't worry about a relationship now, but after you get done with your residency. Then you can concentrate on what you want out of a relationship.
