Good, non-oily, tinted moisturizer with SPF?

I have oily skin, so it's hard to find a sunscreen that I can apply to my face. I'm looking for something with some coverage like a tinted moisturizer. So far I've seen Aveeno Positively Radiant tinted moisturizer and one from Neutrogena (don't remember the exact name)...are those any good? And yes, I don't want to spend a lot of money lol. Can anyone reccomend me one? Thanks :)
