What can I be allergic to?

I just started working at a restaurant today and I broke out in an all body rash. I worked in another restaurant previuosly and did not have this problem. It is positively no a heat rash. My mom thinks its the oil dissolved in the air. The previous restaurant used vegtable oil and I had no problem. This oil is lighter coloured but i do not know what type of oil it was. Please help. should i continue working there?
