Help with arm blemish?

My arms are positively horrible! I have one or two scars, little red zits, and red rashes on my under arms (not the armpit). I need help on what kind of products, and where to get then, would help me get rid of said blemishes? Im 13. Also! I can't help but like pick at the zits and scratch the rashes! No need to tell me to stop because inknow thR already and I've been working on it. Injust need products or things that i can like make. ( as in soap + ? = ? ) i don't know it's just an example indent do anythig like that. Thank you!
