Would writing an advice book for teens be too cliche?

I have had a lot of different experiences so far, (especially last year), and I want to share my advice with other young adults and teenagers on how to positively overcome obstacles that they may also experience. I don't really want to do a story line with a plot and everything, I just want to share my ideas with a large audience by taking the role model approach in order to inspire others. But, I'm thinking that I may have to add some type of creative twist to make it interesting, is the idea too cliche? Additional thoughts and criticism would be very helpful!
