Aliens living under the Sea?????????

I heard that Scientists now believe that Aliens are living under the sea, what do people think of this Theory, personally I kinda believe it as when I was 17 i saw a Submarine in the water, but was also on the sand a little but the weird thing was it had 3 orange lights on the top, it could of been something else, I dunno but I know what I saw and it was weird
